This morning at about 9am, Agra Schools had a campus-wide SOFT lockdown due to a report of an issue in Drumright. What is a soft lockdown? Glad you asked. As you know, our outside and classroom doors are always locked, which is the first stage in a soft lockdown. Secondly, we increased scrutiny when allowing visitors into the buildings and escorted any and all students who had to leave the main buildings to attend class in another building, such as the gymnasium. Also, recess and PE are held indoors. In this particular instance, the "all clear" was given at approximately 10:45am, and therefore, recess and PE were free to go outside.
